Businiess name:  Truly Mediterranean

Review content:
If you want fresh, delicious ingredients, singing & dancing cooks, and want to see a beaming smile on your grandmother's face when the handsome man at the counter with a provocative accent winks and flirts with her, go to Truly Mediterranean. The service is fast and courteous, the Middle Eastern music on the stereo lively, and the food never fails. The falafel is made with fresh ingredients, scooped into balls, and fried crisp outside, tender inside right before your eyes. The tabouleh is the best I've had, made the way it should be with a vibrant lemon dressing, crisp cucumbers, and lots of parsley. The flatbread is grilled after the ingredents are rolled into it, so that you get that nice crunch, then the chewy texture, followed by steamy, fragrant filling. I drive 3 hours round trip to eat at this restaurant. You will love it. Pros: inexpensive, great staff, fast service Cons: parking not good, limited seating
