Review content:
This was my first encounter with Wally's. I was relieved to see ""all goings on"" out in plain view. The salon is clean and attention to detail is obvious. Wally is warm and reassuring. Soft towels are in each crate. I explained to Wally what type of cut I wanted for Goo Goo and my concerns for her well being and he was very comforting. When I picked up Goo Goo, she looked beautiful and was in good spirits. This told me she was not mistreated. I also appreciated the fact that she smelled clean but was not over powering with sticky perfume smells. She did not have bows bound by rubber bands on her ears which I appreciated. To top off my experience, the cost was more than fair and she looked better than any other time I had her groomed. So, do your pet a favor and take your treasured pet to Wally's!
