Review content:
If I could give them less than one star I would. They refused to use my detailed measurements and insisted that I pay their professional carpet measurer to measure the room. The carpet was a foot too short when they began installing. They installed carpet in the other rooms where it did fit, and had their boom box (which they brought with them) at full volume the entire time. I asked them to take the carpet with them that was too short, but they left it in my one car garage so I couldn't get the car back in there. My girlfriend and I wrestled it over to the edge so we could get the car back inside, and a week later they came and got it. So I was waiting for the new larger piece of carpet to arrive when I received a call from the salesperson saying I owed them $250. more and that he was charging it to my credit card. I told I was not authorizing him to charge that to my card, and he said he was doing it anyway. Naturally, a heated argument ensued, in which he called me a liar and a host of other things, and hung up on me. I received confirmation a few days ago that they did charge the additional money to my card. Their advertising indicates that they are customer service oriented, but I can say without reserve that this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
