I am having a difficult time finding a good hair stylist. Based on pretty good rating of David Nel's Spa here, in citysearch, I decided to give them a try. I called and explained a receptionist, that I would like to see a good, experienced hairs stylist. She recommended me a stylist with 9 years of experience.
Unfortunately only on the next day O noticed that this ""professional"" hair stylist cut one side of my hair an inch shorter than another!!!! And my hair is straight and short, up to my chin. When I called the salon and asked for my money back, they refused my demand based on ""their policy"". I ended up coming again to fix my hair by another stylist, however I will not go there again and do not recomment it to anyone!
