Review content:
Decided to use this cleaners because of the green certification. Unfortunately, they shrunk several of my husbands shirts--the arms are now a couple inches shorter than they were when I took them in. When confronted with the too short shirts and the receipts from their store, the owner refused to make restitution. She insisted that I had taken them somewhere else or did something to them because ""she never heard of such a thing."" A number of times there were stains on the just cleaned shirts that weren't there when I brought the in & I had to fight to get them to clean it again.
