Businiess name:  Ellen's Pampered Pet Inn

Review content:
This is my first review. EVER. I usually think people who take time out of their busy lives to complain about something trivial are silly. In this case though, my puppy is not trivial. Shes part of the family. So if i can save one dog from this place it will be worth the time it took out of my day. New to Houston, I found The Pampered (yeah right) Pet Inn at Citysearch. It had a bad review already but as i said i just figured that person had a bad day or something. I should have listened. It was convenientely located and when I went to check it out it seemed harmless enough. Then I picked my baby up! First of all, she shook all the way home in the car and normally loves the car. Her fur was falling out and she is not a shedding breed (not the sign of a happy puppy). She had poo on all her paws, a rash on her chest and sticky film on her whole body. They told us we could bring in a blanket and toy but we are not sure why since it was quite obvious they did not give either to her. If this review saves one puppy from what mine went through I will be happy. I will only have to imagine what she went through because unfortunately she could not tell me herself.
