Businiess name:  Ecopolitan Raw Food Restaurant

Review content:
Today I visited Ecopolitan Restaurant for dinner for the first time. I had checked out their website and expected a bigger place. However I found the diner room quite cozy and quaint . The decor was warm and had a friendly feel, but the music playing in the background didn't match the theme. It sounded like hip hop, then it later changed to country. The server was pleasant and polite and helpful explaining any questions that we had.. Now to the food, I ordered the bruschetta appetizer for myself and my wife. It was good, but to small and had room for improvement. The downside was the onions needed to be diced smaller and the serving size increased. Moving on to the entrees, we decided to go with the flaxseed tostadas. It was delicious, the flavors blended together quite well, with two exceptions. Big pieces of onion and the salsa lacked any life. It was very bland, adding a pinch of sea salt and a dash of cummin would had given it the life it needed. For dessert we had smoothies. They were good, however my smoothie arrived about ten minutes after my wife's smoothie. Pros: Best Raw Food Around Cons: Room for improvement (Chef taste your food before it leaves the window.)
