Ta Chen's is around the corner. If I ever want chinese food, I skip the panda express and get to-go from Ta Chen. The food is pretty good, and the Owner always is so friendly and most of the time throws in some egg rolls or soup for free. He really appreciates the customers, and this makes me want to come back.
BTW... it is located in West Garden Grove. This is neither the heart of Garden Grove, nor an ""asian district"" as the previous poster mentioned.
Pros: Love Mr. Ta Chen himself. He treats you like a king!
Cons: Some dishes are only OK.
