Did re-key for a bank-owned property in West Hills. The guy totally ripped me off and did at TERRIBLE JOB. Charged $65 for a new lock (after he drilled the lock he had failied to pick - charged for both the failed pick AND drilling). Door did not close properly; he did not widen the lock hole to fix, instead he ripped off the weather stripping and slammed the door shut. ""See? Fine."" and went away. He also did the upselling thing with me. Everything was about upgrading to a better lock for better security. He charged me $15 for a hole cover plate that I later found out costs about $1.50. Wow, really??? By the way, the neighbor called me later to say the door was wide open.
