Review content:
My family and I are regulars at this restaurant, mostly because of their delicious Pho soups. They are priced right and are the perfect fix for cold and rainy Oregon days, fast too! We occassionally order from their ""regular entree"" menu, but service is spoty, you may get one dish only to receive the second and third 15 minutes later. Now that most of the staff know us they are nicer, but if they don't know you, you will get the rather impersonal stereotypical asian attitude. My main complaint about this place is their water, it is AWFUL!!!!! Bring your own, or plan on buying soda....I often wonder if they do it on purpose to get you to buy drinks. It taste like formaldihyde (if that is how you spell it) and bleach, I am surprsed that this is an ongoing problem and that is doesn't get fixed. My absolute fave is the Sate beef soup bowl.
Pros: great soup, plenty of parking, no waiting
Cons: water, inconsistant service
