Called and set up the appoinment, was told at first they only service my area on a thursday, wife called back and they said sure we can do it on a tuesday, we were having carpets and leather furniture cleaned, the leather cleaning process was explained to me that they heat up the leather to open pores and then cleaned, not here they put cream on and wiped it off, there was till stains on the sidw of the sofa that my wife wiped off with a leather cleaner and they came right off seems to me they didnt do the whole job, also when they got here their order form some how did not have all my furniture listed so there was an increase from the quoted price, they stood there wondering what to do until I told them to get it done, this morning i noticed that the coffee table that is on casters was not moved to clean under it, so something on wheels can't be moved? again the job was not done to completion. and then of course the price went up again for the pet spray that was told to the person taking the order but never put on the order so the quoted price was raised again. I GUESS WHEN YOU GET THIS BIG YOU REALLY DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not happy and I will find a local small business to do the job from now on.
