Review content:
After dropping off my steam cleaner to be looked at and told that nothing would be done without my ok, I actually had to contact them over a week later to find out what was going on. I was then told that it was ready and I had to ask what was wrong. I was told that there was a clogged line and it was fixed and owed them money!!! It isn't about the money but the fact it was done without my knowing. I just picked it up and they left the dirty water they used in it!!! EWE!!!! I am still amazed at how this place does business, and not in a good way!
