If you would like a day to rest, relax away from the stressful life then Essense is the spa. I was able to relax and not think about my busy life before my massage & squeeze a nap in the quiet room. The staff are down to earth, friendly & professional and Keisha is the best. If you are visiting Nashville for the first time in this area,like i was. Keisha made some awesome recommendations. Before i even made it to the spa, i felt like i had a friend already there. I'll be returning soon, hopefully.
