Review content:
As a former city reporter and community columnist for The Orange County Register, I've seen some pretty low tactics performed at the public level on private citizens, but Cardinal Property Management's handling of a recent private property matter rates among the lowest. Without a hearing, and ignoring my request to hear from my landscape contractor, they cut my tree down and billed me for it because they said it was pushing up the fence. Another palm tree they declared dead. Not true.
Pros: CPM figured out the palm tree was living.
Cons: Private property insensitive. Expensive. Poor planners. Lousy customer service.
