I used to purchase my tires from a local shop in town, but when Discount came into Sherman a few years back, I decided to check them out. Not only do they price match any competitor in their market, but they consistently shop the competition so we don't have to. Each time I go in, I see the same knowledgeable men working there, and they run this business with the upmost professionalism. I am a business owner myself and know what great customer service is, and this team displays it. The salesmen and the garage workers are always nice and courteous. Best of all, these guys know their product and will make unbiased suggestions that will suit your needs without draining your bank account! With their certificate program that includes free rotation and balancing as well as road hazard protection, as well as many locations all across North Texas to serve you, I am definitely a Discount Tire Customer FOR LIFE! Special thanks to I believe Jeff, the manager....for keeping a great staff on hand and running a very successful location.
