We apologize for your experience on Saturday. It is never our intention to overlook anyone. The day you were in was the Saturday before Valentine?s Day. We had all of our staff in the showroom and we were shocked to see so many customers. We waited on more than 500 jewelry shoppers, and we cleaned and checked rings for more than 100 people. It was by far the busiest day of Valentine?s shopping we?ve had in 30 years.
