I really wish I had read these reviews before calling Yellow Cab. After working for 4 years as a concierge I thought I knew how to choose a service. After phoning 3 other companies, surprisingly enough this company seemed to be the most professional. Hah! I too called the night before (on recommendation of the company) for a 7am pickup to catch a train departing at 8am. Cab never showed up. When I called, they never apologized just stated that they didn't have the order and had no cabs to pick me up. Luckily I had given myself a little extra buffer time and barely made my train. This company is very undependable and un professionally run.
