Review content:
Look, I almost never go out for steak because steak is something I can do well at home. But Flemings, in my experience, is marginally better than the other chains in the high-price steakhouse category so I elected to go along with the crowd. That said, on this visit, three out of four of the steaks served to our party were significantly overdone. I returned mine and it came back way overdone a second time. My fellow diners soldiered through their meals, not wanting to further disrupt the evening. I gave up, and the waiter did take the steak off the $400 check. Still, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. At these prices, one expects and deserves total dining satisfaction. I'm not sure Flemings is up to the task. My advice... buy a Weber and grill at home. You'll be hundreds ahead...
