My husband and I went to McGrath City Honda/Hyundai because we saw a pretty good online advertisement for a 2009 Hyundai Sonata with very low miles. We kind of made the trip as a last minute thing, so we got there about an hour before they planned to close. I really liked the salesman who helped us out, his name was Dion. He didn't pressure us and was understanding about our budget. The hubs and I really liked the Sonata, and ended up getting an excellent deal on a 2009 model with less than 6K miles on it. We were treated with respect and it was a very low stress purchasing experience. I also tend to favor Hyundais and Hondas, so maybe that's another reason why i liked this dealership so much. Time will ultimately tell whether this purchase will turn out with a happy ending, but right now I'm confident my husband and I got a really great car for a very fair and reasonable price. I didn't try to trade in my old car, because I'm trying to sell it myself....so I can't give any perspective on how these guys do with trade-ins. - Lisa B.

Our business van was parked on our street and someone smashed its rear window with a rock overnight. We took it to be replaced at National Auto Glass. We were very happy with how quick they were in replacing the window and getting the vehicle back to us. But we were less than impresses with the customer service we received. The service clerk was rude and abrupt from the very first minute that we walked into the reception area. If you can ignore this aspect of the business it is worth taking your car there as they are fast and their prices are very cheap.
