Not sure why I continue to go to this place. To talk to someone live on the phone is nearly impossible and I usually have to make my way through the automated system and then be placed on hold for several minutes each time. Visiting the office is less personable than visiting the BMV and is a lot like going to a restaurant that has a sign that says, ""Wait to be seated by the hostess"" with no hostess in site. The staff is inefficient, rude and uninterested in helping patients. I am beginning to wonder if this is just the way the Community Health Network works. This is very different from the past experiences with other doctors. Hell, even the Marine Corps doctor offices were service oriented than this office and the MC had no real reason to make us happy....we had no other choice!
