Location: Edgewater Park, NJ 08010
Problem: Problem flushing toilet. Called early in the evening. Operator promised service within an hour. Plumber (Frank Rivera - Camden) arrived within that time frame. He explained up front what he would do to rectify problem and also priced out service (including substantial discount). I found him very personable and competent.
The problem was fixed within 10 minutes. Flushing was tested twice before he left.
He told us the work was guaranteed for a week and should we need further service or had any questions to call him directly on his cell as he was generally in the immediate area. Nice touch!
Overall, I was very pleased with the service.
Had used Roto-Rooter once in the past for same problem and the work was performed satisfactorily then
as well.
There are so many plumbing firms out there, but I stick with the one which is the most established and reputable - Roto Rooter!
