Great doctors but the worst staff possible. Boarded my dog here for 4 days and she came back with a Urinary Tract Infection, skin lesions, both eyes weeping and infected and hair missing from around her snout. I complained and they tried to charge me another $65 just to get a doctor to see her for the problems their neglect caused. She was supposed to be groomed/bathed and guess what? They forgot. Plus, she had mysteriously lost 2 lbs. This was just over a 4 day period. Seems like they forgot she was even there. Needless to say, we are no longer bringing any of our animals to this place. I am exploring my options for formal complaints to whatever regulatory agency handles vet hospital licensing here in Louisiana and may even consider legal action. Stay away from this place.
