I needed two air conditioners serviced, so I called Joslin. They were available when I needed them, called before they showed up, and did a remarkable job servicing the units. John spent 2 hours cleaning the outside units, adjusting the dampers, refilling one unit with freon, and explaining to me what he had done (and how to adjust the air flow on my own if I needed to). I felt that for the service I received, the price was reasonable. And, they didn't try to sell me anything like some of the big franchises have done in the past. I would recommend this service to a friend.
