Review content:
Beware! They are located inside the now empty Ford dealership. We rented a truck to go to Yosemite. They parked the car on the street, promptly getting a parking ticket. Idiot employee grabbed the ticket and said "don't worry, I'll take care of it". Right. The car was technically in our names for about 4 minutes, but by their idiotic practice of parking vehicles on a street, it's their fault the ticket was issued. We hadn't even had a chance to do the mandatory check for scratches and scrapes. Not only was the not taken care of, the second time we went in they said "we'll take care of it", and nothing has happened. Now it's (surprise!) gone to collections, and only now they are saying we need to go to their corporate office to have it taken care of. Since the car was technically in our name, the chances of them saying they'll take care of it are pretty slim, but I want to warn anyone from such terrible business practices. What an expensive car rental. Pros: Close to my house Cons: Um, paying for a parking ticket that was their fault
