I have been using the downtown store of Austin Shoe Hospital for years. I find the manager a breath of fresh air. He is always cordial, personable and professional. And he does a great job on my shoes. I used to just purchase new shoes when the old ones became a bit worn out. Why would anyone do that when these guys can make them look and feel brand new for a fraction of the price. I can't say enough about the service they provide.
