Review content:
I do not take the time to write poor reviews. I never complain at restaurants, I never gripe at the moody cashier at the stores I shop at. I am taking time to write this in the hopes of helping at least one person. I moved last spring, had narrowed down 2 places...one on 360 with hill views 2 bedrooms and 2 bath rooms...and the Domain, the domain was only a 1/1 was more expensive, but "was in the Domain" and I was pulled in by the allure of the shops and bragging rights to my friends. The 1st day it was obvious that the construction was poor. When you can hear word-for-word conversations from your neighbors, there is definitely a problem. After a few months of living there, the parking lots started to fill up and more and more people were moving in due to the "deals & specials" the office was giving to new residents. It was obvious that they lowered their credit standards because the population went from young professionals and older singles to young families, trashy looking people and thats when the problems really began. Pool days turned from quiet & relaxing to huge family reunions with 20 minority children that obviously didnt live there screaming and running around. Fights, trash everywhere, tables and chairs over turned and messy all the time. The office does not care at all about any complaints or concerns. There is a "security officer" that never answers the phone. Cop cars are a regular occurrence in the streets to break up fights. It is LOUD 24/7....there is always a huge party going on with blaring music, people peeling out down the streets, arguments between couples or drunks staggering to their cars from the happy hours. You basically live in a mall and there is no rest. At 6:45am EVERY MORNING there is a man with a leaf blower, you get to hear all the noise when they have events in the Domain. I regret living here so much because it has made me hate it. Pros: Starbucks & happy hours near by Cons: everything else....
