I had shopped around at many jewelry stores in Houston and here in Austin. Nothing really caught my eye, all kinda boring. I was sent by a friend of mine to go see Bill. The experience was fun and interesting the whole way with Bill's great service and enthusiasm. The other stores were a waste of time, especially after seeing Sam's creations. Bill and David went out of their way to help me get the nicest ring in my price range. The deal I recieved was exceptional compared to the other stores I had shopped, chain or not. I will not buy jewelry anywhere else from now on! My new fiance was blown away by the ring and recieves compliments on it very often. Thanks guys!
