The water service provided by this sorry excuse for a H2O supplier is a joke. Whenever the power goes off in our neighborhood their pumps stop working so the 300+ people are without water! I guess these savvy business folks have never heard of the words backup generator - it's a "new" technology, go check out Einstein! Let's see, the water pressure in our complex is so bad that you cannot run two water sources at the same time. For example, if I try to water my lawn and make the mistake of turning on the kitchen faucet or do something stupid like flushing a toilet - the pressure drops so low that the sprinkler doesn't have enough pressure to rotate on it's own. The problem now is that even though we have been annexed by the city they won't sell off their system so Charlotte can update it and give us decent water! Bad, bad company to do business with. Shame on everyone associated with them! Pros: The water isn't radioactive (as far as I know) Cons: To many to list - low pressure, no water when the power is out.
