Damian came to service our home today as first time customer. Very pleasant and good sense of rapport wirh myself and daughter. She followed him around and asked him how he takes off outlet covers! And he entertained every question, being a five year old, she has many. He taught about scorpions and how to notice them in home and how to prevent them coming into house as best we could. Very nice service tech, will def continue service with bulwark.
