My entire face was injured at the Dermatology Center of Grand Rapids. I went to Connie Anderson for a laser procedure and she permanently injured my entire face. Connie Anderson was supposed to be supervised by Dr. Evelyn Vanderveen. I met with Dr. Vanderveen, however she was confrontational and refused to examine the obvious injury. The Dermatology Center, Connie Anderson and Dr. Vanderveen then sent me a letter saying that they would no longer provide me with medical care. I was stunned. I trusted them and they left me injured and without help. I finally went to the Mayo Clinic for help. The doctor at the Mayo Clinic CONFIRMED and documented the permanent damage to my entire face. It gets worse, The Dermatology Center, Connie Anderson & Dr. Vanderveen have repeatedly threatened me with financial hardship and other difficulties (via attorney) because they want my review down! They have also put up denials and have rated themselves on various websites (giving themselves a great rating, of course)!! This has been the most painful experience of my entire life. Please imagine having your entire face injured and then having the people who injured you, refuse to help and threaten you!! I hope this saves you from experiencing the pain that I feel every single day.
