I have had terrible experience with Monarch Dental in Plano, Tx. And before I tell more about my experience, some of my co-workers have had bad experiences with them. Went there during office hours obviously and was told to wait for my turn. 30 minutes passed and I asked how long, was told to wait 15 minutes. After 1.5 housr had passed I asked what was taking so long. The person at the desk replies, Oh your appointment is not for today. We forgot to call and let you know.
I was furious and just left the place. Called them later and filed a formal complaint through snail mail.
If you have other options, and Im sure there are some, just avoid them.
