I have taken several clothing items into the Groesbeck Cleaners business on W. Galbraith Rd.. Each time, my items have returned to me looking clean and pressed nicely. The customer service was friendly and helpful. The prices for suits, comforters, shirts, skirts, and pants seems to be consistent with other cleaners in the area. They have coupons in the Entertainment Book which also helped to bring the cost of my dry cleaning down. I was disappointed however that they were not able to offer me any guarantee or certainty that my sofa cover would return to me undamaged after cleaning. Therefore, I decided not to leave that item for cleaning. My laundry was dropped off on a Fridays and ready for pick-up on Wednesdays. If you need an item in a hurry, this is not the shop for you, but if you are looking for a nice, typical, small business feel- this may be the Dry Cleaners for you!
