Review content:
Booked an appointment a month in advance for a group of friends. Told when confirming that everything was set. On the day of, we were made aware of 'fine print' that caused two of my guests not to be able to get services because of overbooking, lack of staffing, etc. The staff was very rude, cold, unaccomodating for us (but great with selected late comers to 'appointments'). Would never recommend this salon!
