OK, I don't order from Fresh Direct a lot (some friends do), but the couple of times I've done it, the prices have been decent, the quality of fresh food good if not great, and the variety of products excellent. But what truly shines with Fresh Direct is their delivery policy: they deliver within a two-hour window of opportunity! Given experiences with various utilities, we're used to waiting around for four hours or more. Fresh Direct cuts that in half. If only others would follow them...
