Hello, The Headline to this review states facts that can be research through the Bakersfield Police Department. These are just a few incidents over the years, and there have been many more like former management, property management and the owner sued for 1.7 million dollars because the management broke out the window of a tenants car by way of throwing his bike through it. The older son of the management broke through another tenants sliding glass door with a mischette. Now up to date the park is in need of cleanup-repairs, while it is "IFFY" to drink the water from the well as the filtration system has never been attatched while the green slim grows through the accumulated water that has drained from somewhere. Oh and don't mind the taste of cat feces as the abundance of cats that use this area around the pump that is over grown with weeds as their toilet. But hold your complaints about anything as their is no management on grounds from the hours of 8-5 m-f as she works elsewhere. I would post the pictures that belong to the images I've put in your head but their is no way to do so...their GGRRREEAT! So if this doesn't bother you on a daily basis come on down and take your pick of any of these fixer-upers! thanks-

Pros: lucky to be left to peacefull enjoyment of your home
Cons: lice infestation in the children, dogs run loose and bite, verbal attacks by looking at people wrong, woke up in the middle of the night by bass speakers of teant that don't care about you etc
