Review content:
The pool is near my unit and people climb over the fence that don't live here and make tons of noise at 3,4 am, and I mean screaming. They are extremely rude. It's ridiculous and I pay 1200, even though the new tenants pay only 999. It's never quiet. Nothing is ever done to enforce the rules and the management is worthless. The maintenence has been here at least every month if not more for all sorts of issues.
The place is a dump that I live in, it's got tons of problems, like the sink makes huge groaning sound, and the sinks upstairs make lots of thumping noises.
The upstairs is hot, even with the AC and the downstairs is freezing.
The other things are that there are NO lights anywhere. There's no lighting. You come down the drive and there isn't parking near your unit, you have to walk quite a ways and it's pitch black.
Pros: It's got a garage.
Cons: Constant noise 24/7.
