We were able to get some good deals at Firestone because of coupons, specials that they run, and previous services that we had signed up for. Several of the employees were very kind and helpful.
If you are looking to get a quick oil change, don't come here; arrive later than about 7am, and you'll need to wait hours (yes, hours) to get your oil changed. Also, they came back with a long list of things that were supposedly "wrong" with my car that I were fine or had just been serviced. They did this when I went by myself, but then I came with my husband and it was another deal. One of the employees was hitting on me when i was there alone in the morning dropping off my car. I was pleased with the job that they did, but NOT pleased with the way that they took advantage of me as a female and tried to rip us off.
