Firestone Tire & Service Center

After paying $1300 for a brake job, I had to go back twice to get the job done correctly. The first time they didn't tighten all my lug nuts (including the blossom nut intended to prevent rim theft) and improperly calibrated my emergency brake. So I went back and stated that for $1300, they better get EVERYTHING right. They told me I was overreacting. No more than 2 weeks later, my rims were black and covered with iron shavings from my brand new $1300 brakes. I went back, furious, and they told me they had used generic brake parts. I told them this was the second time I had to come back for a simple brake job. They called me "sweetheart" and were completely condescending. When I asked for the manager's business card, they told me "there are two managers and we don't have their cards." I finally got the information myself and filed a complaint. NEVER go to them. They will try to sell you on everything you don't need (lifetime alignment service, etc), will overcharge you AND do a sloppy and incomplete job! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! more

We were able to get some good deals at Firestone because of coupons, specials that they run, and previous services that we had signed up for. Several of the employees were very kind and helpful. If you are looking to get a quick oil change, don't come here; arrive later than about 7am, and you'll need to wait hours (yes, hours) to get your oil changed. Also, they came back with a long list of things that were supposedly "wrong" with my car that I were fine or had just been serviced. They did this when I went by myself, but then I came with my husband and it was another deal. One of the employees was hitting on me when i was there alone in the morning dropping off my car. I was pleased with the job that they did, but NOT pleased with the way that they took advantage of me as a female and tried to rip us off. more

I always take my car here to get my oil change and it has always cost me $9.99. They say it is a one time rate once you get the firestone card, but every time I ask for the discount, they give it to me. I have had my car serviced here multiple times. I feel that they are always honest with me and they cut me a break on a lot of repairs, probably because my car is a piece. But, anyway, the people are friendly and honest and do good work. more

I needed to take my car in for tire service. I guess one of the tires wasn't getting anywhere and needed a fast replacement. So I went to these friendly folks while driving out of town even though they were pretty far from where I am. But the recommendations I got from my friends convinced me to give them a go for their service. And let me just say that they are an outstanding group of mechanics and technicians. They obviously know what they are doing and replaced my tires in no time! Great service plus a great price won me over! more
