I even had an roof inspector come and check the work....shingles were not placed according to specifications of manufacture, did not put the number of nails in each shingle of the manufacturers specs and written in the contract. I called him about it, and basically told me I was wrong and the inspector did not know what he was talking about, taking off a shake roof, he did not support the roof, it sags in the middle of the family room, sent men over to prop it up, in doing so put a crack in the family room ceiling, I told them to get out I am stuck with a 50 year warranty roof, with no warranty because of the way Lau Construction placed it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO REROOF A DOG HOUSE.
