Review content:
we were double charged on our debit cards. i went to kim and asked her to fix the problem. she didnt. she wouldnt call me back and kept saying that they only got paid once. i showed her my bank statement where they charged twice. she gave me her c.c. merchant #. they didnt help. this happened on 9/5/09. it is now 9/14 and i still dont have my refund. i called today and told her my bank said that they(bobs) received 2 payments. she said she was sure she only got paid once. she finally volunteered to call my bank i told her to please do. she hasnt helped or offered to help one bit since this began. i cant get anywhere with their c.c. mechant either. we are told to support our local small businesses but after this i will just go to the corporate shops.
