Review content:
The Rue, as it is known, has been around for at least 20 years. My husband's parents took him here when he was a Brown student in the 1980s, and they took us and our daughter here for lunch this weekend. The family agrees that the food is good, not great, and the service is very slow and forgetful. For example, our bacon was soggy, perhaps because the waitress had to be reminded three times to bring it. We'll keep going here but we wish both the food and the service would smarten up a bit.
