If you have a complaint like no air conditioning in 90 weather or the maid did not clean your room or bugs, don't waste your time telling the owner, the problem is slow to be resolved and he will argue with you. I told him that since he did not want want to refund my money for my suitcases (not me being in the room for three hours on my second day of stay and that was due to going out so the maid could clean the room----she never did) I would check out at 2:30 pm and could he refund my $ or part of it because technically only my suitcases were in the room 3 hrs past the checkout and like I said the room had not even been cleaned yet, I had paid for a second day, I went across the street to the Ramada and had to pay for a room there and the owner still made me pay for the one I did not stay in....he, his son, his manager and most of his staff were rude, indifferent and liars, they not only did not make you felll welcome, but they made you feel unwelcome. The owner is a slumlord and does not give a #$@% about people. He created the problems and then has the nerve to yells at you when you complain. Day old bread/pastries and cereal do not even make an adequate breakfast...Cheap B, he pays his staff peanuts and if he wasnt so chep with ancient electonics, they would not break on him. Can't say no one warned you if you read this and still stay there. I only wish I had read the reviews on this site and several others before I chose the Dive,
