I just became a member of this gym and am really ejoying it. You have to come ready to work. Not for lazy people. You workout next to amateur and competitive fighters. There's always attention for new people. Always one instructor and an assitant per class. The staff is friendly and know your name. Family environment. If you don't show up they call you. They are always available for questions. Reasonable fee for the attention you get. A definite must see. Excellent energy!
