Review content:
This was one of the more thorough wash and vacuumings my car has had. I've taken my car to similar car washes in Washington DC and Dublin, CA and this is up there with the best. I got the $21 wash which is the cheapest so I had low expectations. However, I got complete service including vacuuming with good attention to detail in the hard-to-get cupholder areas. They also scraped off the wax writing I had on my front windshield from getting my car towed without my having to ask. It was also nice to get the 25 cents per gallon off gas which I took advantage of.
Another plus of why I gave Tower 5 stars is that the guy who takes the orders noticed a scrape on my car which I had gotten the day before (very upsetting) and offered to have one of the guys buff it out for free. I told him I had to be somewhere and he made sure it got done in 5 minutes and refused my money when I tried to tip him $10. Disclaimer, I know this guy gave me this because he thought I was cute, but hey, I'll take it!
Will be going back to Tower and hopefully they keep up the good work!
