I have been going to Jennifer Kelly at Soda Salon for over 3 years now, and I absolutely love her and the salon. First of all, the salon is a welcome change from ones I've been too in the past. There are different pieces of art by local artists almost every time I go there (every six weeks like clockwork), which provides a very cool atmosphere...not your typical salon. I also love the individual attention. I don't feel like I'm on an assembly line going from a colorist to a washer, to a stylist. It's just Jennifer the whole time; she's never with another client while I'm there. She always sits down and talks with me about what kind of style I want, what I want to do with my color, and the overall look I want to achieve. She has taught me so much about how to care for my hair and how to style it. I've actually gotten to the point where I enjoy getting up and doing my hair in the morning because I know it will look good. On top of that, she is one of the most caring and genuine people I know. She truly loves her job, and I feel like she genuinely wants me to love how I look. I'm not sure how to say this, but it's like she cares not only about your hair but about you as a person too, and therefore she puts so much care into her work, that she consistently exceeds expectations.
