Review content:
They showed up 7 hours late. I had to constantly call them the day of the move, they didn't call me once. The two young men who handled the move were very nice, but several of my pieces are irreparably damaged. At least three times I had to repeat that everything was being moved, not just particular pieces.
While I hired them mainly because they do not have a minimum 4-hour requirement, I would rather have paid for a 2 hours I didn't need and had the movers arrive on-time than go through what I did with this company.
Pros: No minimum # of hours, Lower Rate
Cons: LATE, Damage to furniture
