Review content:
I had my mind made up on leasing a 2011 Honda Civic. The salesman, Robert Scarpaci, and I came to an agreement of $139 per month. I left with the understanding that the car will be ready the next day. When I called the next day to discuss the insurance and the pick up time, Robert told me that my credit was bad and the bank would not approve of the $139 month payments. I told him to cancel the deal and refund my deposit. He countered by asking if I would be able to get a cosigner. I told him no and reiterated that I wanted to cancel the deal and get a refund of my deposit. Long story short, he finally got the message and said that he would cancel the deal and reverse the deposit transaction. A week later, I did not see the refund in my account. I called and left voicemails that were never returned. I finally called and asked to speak to a manager when the receptionist, Cassandra, told me that Robert was on vacation. The manager took my information and assured me that he would take care of the refund right away. When I did not see the refund in my account, I went to the dealership and met with the manager who miraculously produced a receipt for the refund. I am waiting to see if the money will be back in my account within two to three business days as promised. Just f*ing horrible.
