Review content:
There were some very skilled therapists during my contract with Massage Envy. The front desk staff was always really friendly. There was one time that I had a VERY bad experience with one of the therapists and they immediately refunded my pre paid session and let me use it a different time. Unfortunately at times the therapists I would get seemed to be overworked. Almost like their hands were tired. I felt that sometimes they didn't listen to what it was you wanted...almost like they had a standard massage they pulled out of their back pocket for you to use. When it came time to cancel my contract I didn't provide the 30 days notice. It is very important that you do that or you will get billed for another month. I provided 21 days notice and was charged for an additional month. The front desk staff became instantly not as helpful and were quick to point out parts of the cancellation agreement. READ WHAT YOU SIGN WITH THEM...DON'T EXPECT THEM TO BE UPFRONT WITH YOU!!!!
