last nite my husband and i invite our friends to steer n stein restaurant in victorville,we being many times there enjoing a very good steaks but last nite it was'nt that way, four of us order a stock yard steaks [mediun rare] and we had very dry and tin steaks,wen the girl came to ask how was every thing i told her that the steaksit was'nt cooked the way we asked, so she offer us to bring another ones, i said 'please, thank you' ten minutes later we had a tick steaks but very very red, like if the cow was just done, so we ask the girl to cook it a litle bet more, about five minutes later a men came with the staks[ it was the MANAGER we did;nt know] trow the plates in the table, very rude and said, 'i cooked my self, idont going to cooked any more', with very bad mud, we have'nt espect that , i said ' i dont want that steak' , hi said fine and take it, when i ask for the manager it was him, the very rude men. After all my husband left a very good tip, they dot deserve it.It was a very bad experience at our favorite restaurant. I dont know the manager name, but hi is not professional to managed so good restaurant.
