Review content:
I had a concern about my bill, so I contacted the owner and she was defensive, rude and even laughed at my concerns. She then hung up the phone...!!! How inmature and unprofessional can she get? I was talking to her calmly with a legitamate concern about the price difference on the website and what I was charged, but at no point did she want to ackowledge or rectify the situaltion. I have been a patron there for a year, but apparently they are all about scamming the consumer, and not about quality service!
